My client did the work at another place after WE discover that his a/c compressor was leaking refrigerantOur time to discover the faulty a/c compressor has to reimbursed.The client pays for diagnostic timeWe din't do any repairs related to the a/c leakAnd again we offer to client a discount price to install the a/c compressor and he declined

sorry, but I was not aware of the incidentplease tell customer to stop by and collect her balance and to apologize for the incident

The customer brought the car to our shop because the a/c was not workingAfter we check his car, we find out that the tensioner (the part that keeps the fan belt in place) was faulty and it needed to be replaced along with a new beltAlso we told the customer that the air condition system
was empty of refrigerant (potential leakage) and the system needed evacuation and charge with new refrigerant and dyeThe purpose of putting dye in the system is to see any future leaks in the systemWe have a special UV light and goggles to check for that.In order to check for leaks in any system you have to put something in itIt is no way to check for leaks with out anything in itNo leaks were detected at the time, so we told the customer that future will tell if there is any leaksIt is no way to check a system w/out doing the serviceThe air compressor won't start if it's not any refrigerant in the systemSo we had to do the serviceThe customer came back because the air conditioning was not workingSo we find out that the air compressor had a refrigerant leak and we give the customer a discount price to replace itHe refuse doing the work with us and he decided to do the work at another shopNow he comes back and demands refund for the work that we did We have a question to the customer: If his air conditioning stops working tomorrow for another reason ( vehicle is very old, year with hi mileage), what is he is going to do?He is going back to the other shop and demands refund for the work they just did? Some times we perform services to people and not getting the expected resultsWe are in business for thirty five years and we treat our customers the way should be and you can see our recordThe piece that the customer claims that we lost is not trueWe never loose any piecesWe offer to customer a refund if he can find me oneThe part is not available any more during the age of vehicleIt is a cosmetic piece anyway
