This is with respect to the Complaint #***On Friday, September 11, 2015, the customer Ms*** *** called on our Toll free number and mentioned the ongoing problems on her computerOur representative clearly mentioned that we areURinfosoft Incand as per customer’s request we diagnosed
the existing issue via our secured licensed remote utility and informed her that we can fix the issue but she needs to register online and based on her need subscribe for any of our existing service packages listed at support.urinfosoft.comMs*** *** agreed and selected Ultimate Package (which includes system software and Unlimited Support Incidences for months) and agreed to pay the subscription amount of $299.99.Order Confirmation Email (with Customer ID ***, Invoice # ***) and Payment Authorization Summary was instantly delivered to *** (was later corrected to ***) which was provided by the customer during the registration processThe customer also registered address as *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and phone number as *** *** Additionally, customer took Help desk support service on the same day (ref case ID: ***, MAC ID: ***, Manufacturer: ** *** for which case open/closure automated emails also went to customers email).After receiving the services, customer also sent work order feedback email from her registered Email ID acknowledging satisfaction for the quality of services provided.We strongly object and disapprove Ms*** *** statement (which she has submitted to Revdex.com) where she claimed that we have taken money out of her Bank AccountWe have a highly secured encrypted online payment system and she herself agreed and selected the package and confirmed the payment for her subscriptionWe are a Business that not only aims to deliver value to each of our customers but also care about their feedback each time when they take our services.Since Ms*** *** showed her dissatisfaction (Via Revdex.com complaint), our billing team tried to contact her over email and phone on many occasions to exactly know the reason for her unhappiness, but shedidn’t pick up or hung up when pickedIt’s very difficult for any Business to resolve Customer’s issue when Customer choose NOT TO COMMUNICATE over Phone or Email like it has happened in this caseAs per our Refund policy, any customer for any dissatisfaction can get a full refund within days of purchase provided they talk to our Billing representative (also clearly mentioned in our refund policy page on our website since Nov 2014)In this case days were not over and considering Ms*** *** dissatisfaction, we have already initiated a full refund of $to Ms*** *** and emailed her about the same at ***Refund Details: Transaction ID : ***, Amount : (USD), Payment Method: Visa ***, Transaction Type: CreditAttached are the proof of services provided & acknowledgement of the same following for reviewOrder Confirmation Email screenshot (screenshot )Order Invoice & Payment Authorization Summary - sent as a PDF attachment with Order Confirmation Email (PDF)Case ID Open/Closure auto-email (screenshot )Ms*** *** Feedback Email after receiving the service (screenshot )

Dear Sir/Madam,This is in response to complaint #* notification that we received on October 05, 2015. We woud like to state that we're a business that strives to see each of our customer's extremely happy with the tools and solutions we provide. We’re not a cold-calling company. We deliver...

services only when it is requested by the customer. We take customer feedback extremely seriously and as a responsible business we have clearly stated our service terms, refund policies on our website so customers can view all information as per their convenience.In this case, the complainant Ms. * subscribed(for 12 months) for our services on Aug 17, 2015 and availed our services on Aug 17, 2015 as well as on Aug 26, 2015 and acknowledged the quality of service in her work order closure feedback using her own registered email on both occasions.(Screenshot Enclosed).After taking the service twice, Ms. [redacted] never contacted us over email or by phone for any of her concern. This didn't give us a chance to even know about her concern and without that its impossible for any business to know and look after the concern.After we received this, we contacted the customer Ms. [redacted] to know about her concern as well as explain our position. Both the parties understood each other’s position and reached a resolution. Additionally, on good faith we’ve issued Ms. [redacted] a full refund of $199.99 as her 12 month subscription was less that 60 days old. Ms. [redacted]’s no dispute acknowledgement Email is attached as a proof of settlement.
