[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:From: [redacted] ***< [redacted] @***.com>Date: Wed, Aug 31, at 2:PMSubject:Thank you for the phone call yesterday to return my voicemailThe date of my voicemail last week was the date we received yet another invoice from Urological Consultants for the exact same service and exact same charges we are disputingI'm unsure as to why the decline of acceptance of the resolution on the Revdex.com website in this complaint account was unsuccessful last week, but thank you for following up.Per my husbands initial complaint he would not have gone to the office of Urological Consultants had the doctors advised their reception staff they no longer perform the service my husband was scheduling his appointment for.As we discussed yesterday, the day of the appointment in my husband advised the office manager how irritated he was to come from Frederick to Bethesda for absolutely no reason and a useless appointmentThe office manager was agreeable when we were speaking with her face to face and she was agreeable in response to the Revdex.com action against her employer, but as this matter has gone this far, the office manager has ignored OUR phone calls, OUR voicemails and OUR lettersThere is a lack of communication at this office, hence the exact same invoice for services printed days after the office agreed to clear my husbands account of this charge.Please let me know if you have any additional questions.~ [redacted] ***###-###-####Regards, [redacted] ***
