These people are liars I told them in the year of 2015 I would not make a another payments. But I continue making my payment I never stop. They turn around prior before the month of December and had a collection agency send me a letter in regarding the balance of $84.50 balance. I wrote them a letter in regarding this matter they never return and answer. I even called them in the month of December they never return a call back. I went ahead and call the collection agency and spoke with him He in turn tell me that his client's has been working with me for the past three years which is a damn lie I am the one that decide what I was going to pay not them. Doing that whole time I was suffering from pain and uncomfortable matter each time I went to the bathroom I still do at this time. They are lying and when they send the matter to the collection agency asking for the amount due for the ending balance I decide to go ahead and pay off this bill. Nest thing they are telling me that I had to pay an additional $160.00 which they had the collection agency tell my a balance of $84.50 was the ending balance. I thought that was the end of being in contact with after I pay off the collection agency. I even wrote final payment on my check. I never once was behind on any of my payment until I gotten the letter from the collection agency prior in November. That why I contact them in December already paid November. Of course I should have known they would pull this stunt trying to get more money out of someone. They never return my phone calls or answer any of my letters. I owe them nothing!!!!!

RE: [redacted] Complaint
To Whom It May Concern,
Mr. [redacted] is a former patient of the Glendale location of Arizona Urology Specialists; with office and lab visits in August and September of 2012. He was treated by Dr. Philip K** for an initial office visit. Dr. K** determined that a prostate biopsy needed to be done. This was done on September 11, 2012. Pathology work was also done that day. Mr. [redacted] was also seen one additional time later in September of 2012.
After sending all of his claims to insurance for processing; patient-due portions were determined. These exceeded $ 1000.00 Patient did not make any attempt at restitution until a collection letter was sent to him in July, 2013. At that time the patient indicated he could afford to make $25 monthly installments on his balance.
His offer was accepted and payments were made routinely until late 2015 Mr. [redacted] called in September, 2015 to ask for remaining balances to be adjusted off due to his not being happy with services provided. This is the first mention we have of this dissatisfaction documented from his calls. Patient later indicated on another call that he would no longer make any more payments due to his dissatisfaction. AUS already went beyond our normal policy of payment plan length in order to keep this patient in compliance with his obligations and away from Collection activities.
When patient failed to make a payment in December, 2015 his account was sent to outside collections. This was in the amount of $84.50. AUS has gone beyond what is required to allow Mr. [redacted] to make payments on his balance which was allotted to him by his insurance company for services rendered.
Sincerely,
