Urology Center of Southern California - Riverside

I was written a prescription for a medicine from my doctor and his office sent it to my insurance to get an approval which was over a month ago,
I received a denial for the medications, stating that the doctor should try something else before requesting this medication!
I was not informed by the doctor's office of the issue
I went to the doctor's office in person and wanted an explanation why I wasn't informed, some office assistant tried to brush me off by telling me that we will call the insurance and get the approval, so I asked to speak with the office manager and I spoke with Layne, which was understanding and she promised that she would take care of the Issue and will call me back when she got the prescription approved!

I didn't heare back from her and I went to office on September 5th because again; they don't answer phones, an office assistant told me that they have an approval and showed me the approval they received on August 26th, I asked her why I wasn't called, she said that Layne was suppose to call me, I didn't want the prescription called to my regular Pharmacy and I want them to call it to another pharmecy; because the assistant couldn't write a prescription, she said that it needed to be called in,
Since the 9th and I've been trying to get my presciption called in and no one answers or returne my voice mail messages
