Unfortunately, my experience with Closet Creations was not a positive one and I do not recommend them
They quickly installed all of the wire shelving in our closets However, they don't take the time to line up the screws with the studs When I went to hang my clothes in my master closet, the shelves started to pull away from the walls So my dad had to remove them, and re-install them into the studs So, installing the shelves into the studs was possible it's just the Closet Creations installers did not take the time to do this
They had the layout plans for my kitchen pantry and they started to install the incorrect plan We stopped them midway through the install They had the right plan, not sure what they didn't confirm with us or the builder before they started Closet Creations blamed the builder But they had the correct plan with them that day and we were in the house when they arrived
We waited weeks for them to install our laminate pantry shelves Apparently they didn't order the shelves We had confirmed our plan a month before closing of those weeks were after we had moved in Because they had to remove the incorrect wire shelves, they had to patch up all of the holes in my walls Once installed, they told me that they would offer me a 5% discount because of the delay After attempts (once every Monday), I still have not received my 5% discount
I do not recommend Closet Creations They quality of work is low, they seem disorganized and they make promises they do not keep
Very unprofessional group of individuals. I was very disappointed with their customer service from the start. The salesman never calls you back when he says he will and it will take several calls to get him to respond. The day before the installation, I tried to call to verify that someone was coming out to my home and was told that the only person that could confirm my scheduled install was busy. After having to call back again I finally got a call back at 7 the night before and was told the installation need to be rescheduled. I don't understand why I could not have been informed of this when I called at noon and at 5. This shows that they did not have any respect and dont value my time. To add to the insult, the installers were late, sprayed the one box seal I had told them not to (because I needed to access wiring), and missed a 4 foot section of crawl space wall. I called to get then to come back and spray the section of wall they missed. I waited 2 weeks to be contacted by some one to schedule another install only to find that the repair ticket was never submitted by the salesman. After that I called every week for 3 weeks before finally I got a call back to schedule the repair. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and utter disregard of the value of my time and me as a customer. Don't waste your time with mompers.
