Complaint[redacted] yelled at me accused me of claiming he was not helping me. Used cuss words and told me to go find different urologist.Thursday June 25 my follow up appt for 345 was my 6 month follow up that I was originally scheduled to have in April. I was rescheduled twice by Urology Nevada South E.Second St. Reno NV. I waited over an hour in the lobby to be called back into a room in which I then waited another half hour to see the Dr. He reviewed my history asked questions about my health status then performed an examination. Afterwards returned to the room compared my void diaries and began to berate me in an elevated voice. He claimed that I am 100% better, that he felt like "[redacted]", was doing his best not to cancel everyone, slaps his knee several times, mocks me "you are late". At that point I expressed that I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me. He stood up said "find yourself a different urologist", leaves the room. On my way to check out I again told him I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me and told him "you do not need to yell at me, you do not need to cuss at me, I never said you werent helping me" his medical assistant [redacted] witnessed this interaction. He waved his hand at me without looking up and said "goodbye goodbye". At check out counter I asked to file a formal complaint, explained what happened, and said his actions were inappropriate. Staff asked if I would like to speak with manager went to go fet her cane back and said vecause it was so late (5:30 pm) everybody was gone. She habded me a bussiness card with the nane [redacted] written on it and said I could call her tomorrow. Desired SettlementI need to see a different urologist as soon as possible. Final Consumer Response The day following the incident, I met with the clinic manager who took a written record of the incident. Also was assigned a different nurse practitioner as my new urologist who I was able to see that day.

I had an outstanding bill in the amount of $225.00 - was sent numerous invoices with this same amount. This was a cash pay rate for services performed on my daughter last year 2015. She's not been seen since. I called to make arrangements (spoke with a gentleman in their billing DEPT) agreed to pay half first week which I did then the remainder the week after. Walked into the office to make final payment and now this office is trying to bill me more. Karen says, well they made a mistake with their calculations (really almost a year after the fact and after I paid the bill in full?) This isn't legal..How is it the patient's fault because you made the wrong calculations in billing? Throughout the course of a year I've never heard of them making any errors on my bill until AFTER I made my final payment.Product_Or_Service: Medical servicesDesired SettlementThis office needs to zero my account out Paid in Full...
