Honda is a good product It's a terrible shame that the people of Urse represent this product as the customer service is only formidable before you purchase a vehicle Once they have your money, you become a second class citizen in their eyes They do not seem to care about return customers If you wish to be taken care of after a sale, I recommend going elsewhere to purchase a Honda The owner and management are dishonest and don't even try to work with you if you have any issues after your purchase Other Honda dealerships I have dealt with are far more helpful and polite despite the fact that I purchased my Honda from a different dealership I have no idea how Honda Corporate has not addressed the customer service issues associated with this dealership, I've personally spoke with numerous others who purchased from Urse and not one person suggested dealing with them In fact, every single person stated that they would never patronize an Urse dealership again
