The advertised a price on the internet and even confirm the price over the phone, however, when you get there their true intention is to sell you a different vehicle. ! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The corresponding government agency should take action on this matter.

Review: I have a signed contract with US1 Auto Sales for the sale of my 2005 Toyota 4Runner on the US1 Auto Sales car lot in [redacted] for $12,000, dated in [redacted], 2012. US1 Auto Sales then suggested sending my car to auction, and we had a verbal agreement that I would receive no less than $9,000 for the sale of my 4Runner. During this entire process, I received little to no communication from US1 Auto Sales directly regarding the sale of the car, the timeline of the sale, the paint job they had done to the car without my knowledge, etc. despite multiple attempts at communication. Conversations I had with employees of US1 Auto Sales either proved insufficient at answering my questions, created confusion by providing incorrect information, or both. US1 Auto Sales finally sent me two checks for $4,500 in [redacted] 2013. Both of the checks were returned. They then sent me another check for $4,500 that cleared the next week. They told me they would be sending me a second check for $4,500 but since then I cannot reach anyone at US1 Auto Sales who can tell me when to expect to receive.Desired Settlement: I would like US1 Auto Sales to send a check for the remainder of the contracted amount, payable immediately.

Review: Agreed on consignment of our car for sale to this dealer. Have requested return of the car and he has not done so. Tells us it is sold at wholesale and and after about 2 weeks he gives us a check as payment for $2,800 without any paperwork to support sales of car. The check was deposited by us and then returned by our bank as insufficient funds. Reached him by phone as soon as we found out out the bad check and requested payment via certified check. He claims he 'would take care of it' but has done nothing and is not taking nor returning calls. Additionally, we originally wanted to sell for $4,000 or higher, however told us he got offer for 3,600 but he wanted to deduct unauthorized expenses of $800Desired Settlement: Want my car back or payment via certified check along with proof of sale/disposition of car
