Worst experience of my life
I asked about a leak on an SUV I was looking at. Mr. Zee and his employee went out and looked at it and said it had been checked and was nothing, plus, the vehicle came “with a warranty- anything would be fixed.” OMG! Haven’t had it 3 weeks and I’m in for $1714 plus more in repairs/hidden fees. They are the epitome of everything bad you’ve ever heard about a used car dealership. Get any vehicle checked before you buy it from them! The warranty co. is bottom of the barrel. Mr. Zee even had the audacity to say my mechanic was trying to get my money! BS! My mechanic won’t even deal with the warranty co. and told me I should get my $$ back.

To whom this may concern, We sold the vehicle to him on 09-30-through the financing company credit acceptanceHe was given a two year warranty through the financing company, although this being the case he returned two weeks after purchasing the vehicle and told us his check engine light was onWe sent his vehicle to the mechanic and the issue was resolvedWhen we were checking the vehicles mileage, he had driven over *** milesA week later he had returned once again saying that his check engine light was onOnce again we took the vehicle to the mechanic to have the issue resolvedAfter his day tags, we had received his registration to the DMV and his permanent tagsHe is refusing to pick up his permanent tags, we had reported his tags to the finance company regarding refusal of picking up his tagsWe had resolved his issues although he is refusing to pick up his tagsThe vehicle was sold as is, we do not owe him anything and all the proper documentation is as well with us

Mr. Z is very helpful, after going to several different dealerships I felt as if they just wanted me to get into there car and be done with. I felt rushed, but as I walked into US 1 Automaxx. I realized that this man wanted to help me find a car that would fit my needs. He spent time with me asking questions about what I look for in a car. He gave me a couple options that fit my needs and we sat down in his office about negotiating the price. He made the sales process a breeze, I still have this vehicle to this day and can't say enough about this man's kindness. If you decide to come here please speak to Mr. Z, he is very kind and honest.

To whom this may concern,  We sold the vehicle to him on 09-30-17 through the financing company credit acceptance. He was given a two year warranty through the financing company, although this being the case he returned two weeks after purchasing the vehicle and told us his check engine light...

was on. We sent his vehicle to the mechanic and the issue was resolved. When we were checking the vehicles mileage, he had driven over [redacted] miles. A week later he had returned once again saying that his check engine light was on. Once again we took the vehicle to the mechanic to have the issue resolved. After his 30 day tags, we had received his registration to the DMV and his permanent tags. He is refusing to pick up his permanent tags, we had reported his tags to the finance company regarding refusal of picking up his tags. We had resolved his issues although he is refusing to pick up his tags. The vehicle was sold as is, we do not owe him anything and all the proper documentation is as well with us.

Review: Several weeks after paying an additional charge to allow the salesman, [redacted] to register a 2002 vehicle purchased from his dealership, US 1 Auto in [redacted] for one full year. No status updates nor information of the vehicle registration has yet to be provided. [redacted] charged the additional cost to registration base on the premise of a "quick and easy" process and to prevent our travel back to the dealership more than 30 minutes away from our residence. Therefore, we had to contact the dealership who explained a third party (a male) would call [redacted] on a Sunday to provide the registration. The man known as "[redacted]" eventually called after 3pm and attempted to arrange the delivery of the vehicle registration, title, and license plate in an unprofessional location later that night. It upset the man when [redacted] expressed not being comfortable with the details of the exchange and didn't provide alternatives to an unprofessional location and nighttime schedule.

Once [redacted] received a notice from the Department of Motor Vehicles that the initial 30-day vehicle registration would soon expire she request that I call the dealership complaint line. [redacted] who very hesitantly provided me his last name, [redacted] and was difficult with me passed the phone to a gentleman who called himself "[redacted]". It turns out "[redacted]" is the same man known as "[redacted]". "[redacted]" stated he should have been thanked instead of questioned and asked that I not pretend to be professional. "[redacted]" then stating the items, which were charged an additional fee for a "quick and easy" delivery, would be brought and left at the dealership. "[redacted]" then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Refund the $299 processing fee since the vehicle registration, title, and license plate were never delivered as promised.
