Review: I purchased furniture on 11/21/2015 , a full size mattress, box spring, frame and an accent chair.

I only recieved the full matrees , box spring and frame. Which I went to pick up. I never received the accent chair. They charge me a delivery fee of 25.00 which they did not delivered. They run my credit through a company named [redacted] which I was approved. [redacted] paid them for all the furnituture purchase. And I am making payments to [redacted] But I never received the accent chair and price was $200.00. I have gone several times and called them to give me my money back 200.00 for the accent chair and the 25.00 delivery fee. They do not want to cooperate I did tell them I was going to contact Revdex.com. They did not care. I just want my money back. I am still paying [redacted] for that accent chair that I never received.Desired Settlement: I just want for this business to give me my money back on the accent chair and delivery fee. That I am still making payments on with [redacted]. Thank you.

Review: Non-delivery of goods and services. US 1 Furniture has failed, 4 times, to deliver a futon that was paid in full. They promised 4 delivery dates in which they did not follow-through with. After waiting for extended periods of time for the delivery I was informed that the futon was no longer available. They made issue that it took to long for me to pay for the futon that had been placed on layaway therefore the futon was "out of stock". When I informed them of my intent to file a complaint with the small claims court and the Revdex.com they miraculously found the futon. Each time I submitted a payment it was accepted; I was never informed that the futon no longer existed. In fact, they lied, 4 times, telling me the futon was to be delivered. Four delivery dates were established, each time I waited all day for the delivery, each time they called to say they were in another area of New Jersey and it was either too late to deliver or they were too far to delivery. Yet I live within 4 miles from the store. The last delivery was to take place On August 3rd. I was assured that a futon had arrived at the warehouse and that it was now available to deliver. My last contact with them was on this same date, as I waited for a 5pm delivery. I called at 6:20pm inquiring about my 5:00 delivery only to be told the delivery truck was too far away from my address. This is the excuse I have been given at each promised delivery date yet, again, I live 4 miles from the furniture store. On previous occasions US 1 Furniture offered to refund my money of which I did not accept. They have a duty and responsibility to deliver the goods as promised and contracted. The delivery fees have been paid. After almost a month of promised deliveries, futon was paid for on July 10, 2013, I have yet to receive my merchandise.Desired Settlement: I desire delivery of my Brown Click Clack Futon or a comparable substitution. The model for which I paid and was promised is available at many similar furniture stores. If the futon is no longer available through US 1 Furniture Elizabeth's warehouse then I request that US 1 Furniture attempt to locate the same futon at another store (one of which is available in Bloomfield, NJ) and have my futon delivered without further delay or cost. I ask for "truth" in delivery of my futon.

Review: I purchase this couch and a bed from US1 Furniture on 2/6/16. Per the catalog and the salesperson Abdul I was going to get what the pictured promised. Delivery day came and the bed was exactly the same but the couch was completely different. At that time I refused the couch and request for a refund of $500. The owner Ahmad stated he would have to charge a 30% cancellation fee and that I would only get $350.00 dollars back. I explained its not the same couch and I want a full refund. Ahmad then stated that he would have to consult with the other owner. Finally he stated he couldn't refund $500 or $400 only $350 which is 30% of the purchase price which was $500.00. I didn't cancel the order I refused delivery due to the misrepresentation of the couch. Now I want my $500.00 for the cost of the couch.Desired Settlement: refund of $500 for the cost of the couch.
