We contacted Mr, *** as soon ask we heard the voicemail We scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon to see the roof damage The next day MrC*** went to repair it Isidro met with the son of Mr*** because he is the one who lives at that property
The very next day after the repair the son of Mr*** called me very upset and very rude, he demanded that Isidro replace the entire roof, he tried intimidating me with him suing us if Isidro did not do as he said I allowed him to vent and I patiently listen to him I told him that Isidro would call himThe son said that he was going to have another roofer go and take a look at what needed to be done and that if Isidro did not fix it, he would have hte new roofer company fix it and then we would have to pay I told him that if another company made any kind of repairs then our warranty would expire I spoke with Isidro and he said he would speak to Mr*** instead because the contract was done between Mr*** and us Castillo's Builders Isidro did call and talked to Mr*** and it was resolved Mr*** was very understandable and agreed with Isidro about the repair he did Everything was resolved and all repairs were done to Mr*** satisfaction and Isidro's

Good Afternoon.I spoke with Mrs*** earlier this morning and we talked about the miscommunication. I apologized and I also went personally to her residence to leave the Invoice and the Warranty for the Work we did. I was not able to hand deliver the Invoice and Warranty, I left it in a
folder in front of her door, I would've loved to hand deliver it to her but there was no answer on her door or phones. I did leave a message on both numbers provided (home and cell). I hope to receive a response from her today. Thank you, Sandra

The house was not repaired the next day or within that week, and is still not repaired.Time line below began after we contacted Revdex.com.2/16 A patch job was done on the roof. Silicon was applied to the noticeable areas. There was no notification to my husband, myself or my son when anyone arrived or left. No idea any work was done until following day when [redacted] roofing came.2/17/19 [redacted], my son, called Castillo builders unhappy with “patch job” Isidro said he would no longer deal with [redacted] since he did not own the house when the work was done.[redacted], my husband, called Isidro. Isidro stated he thought the patch job was sufficient. [redacted] did not. It rained that night. The ceiling leaked and the water now traveled into the wall.2/18/17        I received email from [redacted]: Wrote email to Isidro, [redacted] and Revdex.com. Also called Isidro and left message to call me back immediately. Copy of e-mail attached. Isidro called me that night and said he would be out to the house on Monday. It was in both of our best interest to fix it properly and he would.2/20/2017Castillo builders went through the ceiling to find the leak and fix the roof. They pealed back what they determined to be the damaged part of the roof and replaced it. They said they would also repair the damage to the inside of the house. They have not completed the repair to the inside of the house and have not returned phone calls as of today, 3/6/17 The job is not complete. We are still waiting.

I was able to speak with Dr. [redacted] and she explained to me that there was still some work in the kitchen that needed to be done.  She send me pictures and also said that it would be best to speak with her son to schedule an appropriate time, since he is the one who resides in said residence.  I did forward those pictures to Isidro and I also called and left message with Dr. [redacted] son.  He returned my call and we were able to schedule an appointment for the following working day.  Isidro and his working crew went and finished what needed to be done.  According to our client and Isidro work was satisfactory done.  If anything else is pending, I would like to hear from Dr. [redacted] so that we can attend to it.Thank you, Sandra L[redacted]

Good Evening,We schedule an appointment so that Mr. C[redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] could meet at her property.  Mr. C[redacted] inspected the roof and the work that is under warranty has nothing to do with the issue that the roof has.The issue is that this roof does not have canals.  Mr. C[redacted]...

sent Mrs. [redacted] an estimate to install new canals including a trench to divert water properly.  Mrs. [redacted], signed the contract for said work to be done and also included a 50% deposit.  Work was schedule for April 1, but due to bad weather we were unable to perform work.  I send Mrs. [redacted] and email notifying her that we weren't going to be able to work that day, instead we reschedule for Saturday, April 8.  These arrangements were approved by Mrs. [redacted].I believe that we were able to address all issues and I am sure that work will be done excellent and Mrs. [redacted] and the new owners of this home will be happy with it.Thank you,Sandra L[redacted]

I did respond yesterday via email.  I understand my clients complaint and I want to make things right for him.  I will rein-burst him back the money that he paid the other company.  I just need to receive a copy of his Invoice and please tell me how to  proceed .  Thank You
