includes product discounts and free shipping. The ONLY stipulation for this program is that orders have to be cancelled before they ship and there are no returns. Every autoship customer is aware of this policy. This customer took the discounts, free shipping, and forgot to cancel their account and then harassed our staff as we tried to help them confirm their prior cancellation. The level of dishonesty and harassment by this customer is a new low for the HardyPet family of dog lovers. We have already severed all ties with this customer by refunding their payment, banning all future orders and instructing our staff not to engage in their hostility in the future. The product they ordered which had already shipped when they cancelled was redirected to a rescue shelter as a donation because once we ship a consumable product it cannot be returned to inventory. Every retailer should be wary of doing business with this customer
