US Agencies Low Cost Auto Insurance Reviews (3)

Review: The agent [redacted]/s? who presented himself as the Manager of the Store was rude condescending, and belittling, and blatantly refused to handle an issue of policy cancelation when clearly the policy was paid up as evidence by bank documentations presented, as well, as all of the required paperwork presented via email that was readily available for him to review. I was told that he would not tie up his phone lines to resolve this issue and then asked me to move away from his desk while he serviced other customers, although there was another representative in the office who was not helping anyone and only one person behind me. He then proceeded to bait me into confrontation with him, apparently so that he could say I was the one with the problem. He kept telling me that I was rude and had an attitude problem, even though he was loud and belligerent. I never got this situation handled and the insurance company still owes me $339.00.Desired Settlement: Issue refund of policy because the DMV notice list that he has been canceled since 12/11/16 Policy paid and all payments and paperwork was provided in November. The original payment was $229.00 which included down payment and first month (December) & $110.00 paid in January. or

Correct the policy, issue a reinstatement and correct the DMV records to show that there was never a lapse in coverage.

Review: I canceled my insurance with this company on 08/16/2013 and I have not recieved my down payment back as of 09/17/2013. The new policy wasn't suppose to start until 08/22/2013. When I call no one seems to know when I will receive my check.Desired Settlement: $148.72

Review: I have full coverage insurance with US Agencies. Someone set my car on fire.I called the police and filed a report. After putting the fire out the car still drove but the hood would not close completely. I tied it with a rope. I tried a few times to get it to close with no luck. I went to Chrysler and got an estimate. I went to Jim's Body Shop and got an estimate. Jim's had the best price and he has done work for me before and I was satisfied. After the parts came in, which I was going to pay for $225, I brought the car in to Jim's. Upon further inspection, they found a lot more damage from the fire, melted wires, etc. An estimate to repair everything was $4400. I filed a claim with US Agencies. After I gave my statement to someone, she told me they would have to pick up the car and move it to one of their locations for investigating and it could take 20 days. I asked why it had to move and take so long and was told that it was fire damage and thats how all fire damages are handled. The car was picked up a few days later. After a week I called the claims adjuster and left a message. I called every day for a week and left messages with no call back. I even called the supervisor and left several messages with no call back. The body shop called both people and left several messages with no call back. After a month, I got a voice mail saying everything was good to go, the check would be sent to me and the car will be returned to the body shop the next day. The car did not show up the next day. I called and the body shop called both people and no one returned our calls to find out where the car was. After 8 days of investigating, the body shop found out the car was in Livingston at a salvage yard. He called and asked if my car was there with the VIN number. They said yes but had no order to return it. My car finally gets back to the body shop and after being inspected, the body shop found damage under the car. They moved my car around with a fork lift and did $2000 more damage. I have more, no room.Desired Settlement: I have contacted 2 attorneys. They have stopped payment on the repairs to the body shop once I told them I contacted a lawyer. They said they need to do more investigating after issuing checks for complete repair. The body shop has contacted a lawyer. It's been 2 months now with no end in the near future. When I finally did talk to someone they were very unprofessional. This has been a nightmare. They said I have no rental car coverage and I have a rental. they should pay for it.
