Review: After calling them in for a repair service on AC unit(9/**/14)the unit was leaking water while it was not operating; they were supposed to contact me to discuss next repair step which I was told by Service Tech [redacted], that part of the fee I was paying on 9/** could be applied to next service call. I have had to contact the company repeatedly but have not gotten a call back from "[redacted]" who seems to be the only person that can help me. I also wanted to discuss with [redacted] why US Air (who did the installation) never recommended any service be done on the unit.Desired Settlement: They have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on their service.Return the diagnostic fee $99.00

We have been working on satisfying [redacted]s concerns. As per our conversation today we feel we have remedied the situation, scheduled to replace her drain pan and sign her up for a service contract for all future repairs.

Review: On 8/**/15 I called this company to repair my A/C unit. The tech told me my A/C was operating normally but I had a lot of build up on the outside coils. Also a lot of leaves built up. He went into my attic and checked all the power and said everything was normal. I paid him to clean out the outside unit and treat the coils. I was charged 443.00. Two days later I come home to find my A/C not functioning. I called the company back. They sent a different tech. He told me my compressor was blown and it would cost me another 226.00 to replace. They first tech two days earlier told me after he tested the compressor it had full power. I was asking the company for some compensation due to the fact that I just gave them 443.00. No was the answer. They claim it was coencidence that a part that was just tested 2 days earlier was blown today.Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment

This company final took my complaint seriously. I spoke directly to a boss and was sent a 3rd tech to my home that resolved my air conditioning problem and didn't charge me at all. All is still working well and I am satisfied.
