We needed after years to replace a system that was both out of date and working poorly at best ,
Jeff and Marty came out and inspected the old units and the house and made recommendations based on their knowledge of the old system and the changes that would have to be made to the house to accommodate the new modern equipment
Of all the companies that looked at our project Jeff and Marty were the only ones that had working experience with the old units and knew how to deal with the problems they presented
The other companies sent out very well educated engineers that were not even born when the units were installed originally and had not even heard of the system
There for their quotes were higher due to the unknown factor of the tear out of the old units
With this experience US Air made solid and lower bid with no questions as to how they would replace the old units and install the new ones
Their crew showed up on time and knew what they were to do when they got there and they finished on time
Experience counts US air has it

These guys are friendly enough, but they lack management. I had asked for an estimate on several different options, each time I asked that a crossover pipe be included. When the time came for the installation, my requests were forgotten about, I called weeks later to inquire about the issue as to why it wasn't completed, the response is that it was an added cost. Their costs were way higer than other estimates, which I got in writing, but never had an estimate in writing from US Air. tThey gave me a quote for 5-600 more dollars. I called someone else and they are installing the crossover for $175.... Beware.
