this complaint is for the California us air solutions located in San Diegowe are going to have the manger there give the the client a call today

The client will be contacted today by the complaint supervisor and we will resolve the issue.

the manager of the company in charge of Kansas city will call the client today to resolve this complaint we will make sure the company taking care of his voucher will take resolve this issue

Review: I bought a [redacted] that was to cover airduct cleaning, when the technicians came they told me the [redacted] was for consultation and I had to pay extra for the services. I paid $200 and when I later called the company they said that wasn't so and I would get a refund. Its been over a month and every time I call I get the run aroundDesired Settlement: Refund

Review: I got this “deal” through [redacted] for Full HVAC System Air-Duct Cleaning Plus Dryer-Vent Cleaning and A/C or furnace. for US Air Solutions (The Voucher reads: cleaning of; unlimited air vents; and dryer-vent cleaning ................... Choose between A/C or furnace unit checkup). (NOT NEEDED)

Made the appointment and two men came to my home I notice something wrong was the 'cleaner device': It was rather small with medium sucking power. What amazed me was the fact that this machine was put in only ONE ROOM vent - the kitchen. It was there quite along time but - how can one vent - clean all vents in the house? it didn't have enough sucking power to get the 'dust' from any duct or vent. After mentioning to them, they disregarded my opinion, saying that ‘this is the way its’ done. No race intended - this Hispanic gentlemen worked the whole time they were here - but on the one air duct. However, the causation man just walked around. He did turn the temperature for air flow. He did remove a vent or two but no cleaning - as stated in coupon

. I got concerned since I did not see him doing anything. Went into the utility room and he was standing there - I asked about the dryer vent ? And he said it was done LIE. I thought how could he do it when he did not move the dryer ? -Dryer top was totally full of things. a reliable contractor returned and told me THIS WAS NOT DONE. After getting down from the ladder - the wanderer proceeded to show me a picture on his phone of dirty ducts - and said they were mine

UPSALE Furthermore, he said I needed DEEP CLEANING at a cost of $200 a duct - recently had these inspected so this was a lie - somebody elses ducts. I had the choice of a furnace or A/C inspection. I said I have a contract with an excellent service company - the wanderer - insisted he look at it - but put my foot my foot down. UPSALE - the wanderer said they had an air filter unit they could sell me. I showed him my unit and said it was the best in the business - when I purchased my unit I was given a comparison of others on the market - none of this was provided. - THIS BUSINESS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM - THEY SELL [redacted] DEALS FOR LITTLE MONIES AND ARRIVE WITH NUMEROUS ITEMS AND SERVICES NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED. ALL FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS MORE!

I HAVE HOME BUSINESS SELLING COINS. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SHIPPING TWO COINS OUT TO SHIP ON SATURDAY. AFTER THIS CREW LEFT - THE COINS WENT MISSING ! THESE TWO WERE PLATINUM GRADED COIN PR70'S "PERFECT" - HAD A VALUE IN EXCESS OF $1100 TO $1200. I COMPLAINED TO [redacted] AND THEY SAID THEY COULD DO NOTHING. I WAS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 22 YEARS. I BELIEVED THAT I COULD READ ALMOST EVERYONE - BUT IF NOT END OF RELATIONSHIP. POOR SERVICE NOT AS DEFINED, TRYING TO SELL SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NEEDED - AND WORST OF ALL STEALING POSSESSIONS - OF COINS WITH A VALUE IN EXCESS OF $1100 TO $1200. THIS BUSINESS GIVES OTHER BUSINESSES A BAD NAME - AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP!!!</Desired Settlement: $1100 TO $1200 RETURNED.

Review: Been waiting for 2 months for the refund of the services they were unable to complete. Have called twice now both times was given lame excuses.Desired Settlement: credit my account for the services they didn't complete that they said they would credit.

Review: We paid for a service of duct cleaning through a discount coupon on Amazon. it was $39 for duct cleaning. We called and scheduled an appointment. They failed to call or show up for the scheduled appointment. We called back, rescheduled Again the date of the appointment came and went and we received no calls and no one showed up. We called back and they said dispatch would call us back in about 30 min. No call back was received. The following day we called back and got a voicemail. We left a message to be called back and no response. We called back again 3 more times and got a voicemail all three times. We left a voicemail to have a call back. Days past and again no response. We just want to have our money back at this point.Desired Settlement: We just want our money back at this point.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon for Blue Sky Air Duct Cleaning. When I called to schedule and appointment they said they were National Air Duct Cleaning. I scheduled an appointment and took a day off. They called the night before the appointment to rescedule. It was unacceptable but had to do it. The following Friday at 3pm I had an appointment from house air care out of cherry valley, ma. he told me he needed more money to do the job. $143.00 I gave it to him because I took another half day off of work. He came in my house looked at the ducts and then went to the basement. he cut holes in the ductwork and had a blower and vacuum cleaner to clean the duct work with.When I went into two of the rooms there was soot all over the blinds the funiture and the walls. I called the national air duct company and they called the tech and he came back to help me clean up. Brand new furniture paint blinds. just moved here in august. Told them I was unhappy and they promised to send me a check for $70.00. I received a check from Custom Air Specialists out of nevada. When I called to tell them the check was only $49.00 and who was custom air specialists I found that they go by many different company names. I went on line and did a yelp and saw many people had been scammed just like me. I have reported the massachusetts company (unlicensed btw) via Revdex.com. I have also contaced Revdex.com of nevada regarding custom air specialists and now national air specialists out of arizona.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from National Air Specialists in the amount of $143 plus the $49 for the [redacted] as well as new blinds. I would like a licensed hvac company to come in and tell me that everything is okay or needs to be replaced.

Review: After trying to call their 877 number, it has become obvious that this company gets ALL of its business from Groupon/Amazon Local type deals. They operate in many cities across the United States by using contractors. This is how they have avoided long lists of complaints. I saw complaints for this company listed for other cities..it IS the same company. The problem is that these deals are BAIT and SWITCH. You pay $50 for the deal but they want hundreds of dollars to finish the job. Really what is the point of only cleaning the half of your vents the voucher deal covers? The contractor showed up in an unmarked truck, with no logo on their clothes and no company name on their paperwork. They did not clean all the vents I paid for..the paint was still sealed around many of the vents and there is no way they could have done all that work in the time that they were there. Even the US Air Solutions website says it takes 2 to 4 hours. They were at my house less than an hour and a half.I don't think they had professional grade equipment either, it was just a shop vac and a compressor. I could have done THAT myself. Also their website uses excerpts from things on the EPA website in a way that misrepresents and twists what the EPA website actually says.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I don't think they did all of what we paid for, and I told them I was not happy. I did not want to give them any more money but I really just wanted them to leave and did not know how else to get them to go away. They should not have demanded payment when they knew I was not satisfied. That is what office staff and billing departments are for.

Review: I scheduled an appointment for July 22, 2014 for HVAC and A/C cleaning at my town home. Nobody ever showed up or called. I've emailed them letting them know.

I had emailed them 2 phone numbers on July 11, 2014.

I called them September 25, 2014 and let them know that nobody has been in contact with me, either via phone or email. I rescheduled another appointment for October 1, 2014. I hope that this company can keep to their appointment time and date. Also, I hope that this company is more proactive in it's communication and less reactive.Desired Settlement: Some nice and free services would make me happy and feel less slighted. Yes, I was promised a free cleaning but they charged me. There must have been a lack of communication between the national office and regional office regarding my free cleaning.
