We towed the vehicle in on 3/01/We spoke with Mr *** on 3/2/and got authorization to remove and inspect (only) the transmission for $He authorized this diagnosis service that same day at 9:amWe are waiting for him on him to decide if he would like to have it repaired at the
quoted price of $or pay the $for the labor time that he originally authorizedWe have made numerous calls to his phone and have not received any communication back from him in over approximately weeksPlease have him contact me *** for some sort of resolution

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Designer Concepts and Restoration LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
A remaining balance of $is still to be paid plus some unfinished work is yet to be
completed.

He did quote him the 5++ and this was discounted from the original 6++ because he said that 6++ was too much before he ever authorized itOnly after they discussed the 6++ did the manager offer to do it for 5++ and then got authorization for that at the timeWe did perform laborWe removed the transmission from the vehicle and disassemble the transmission to identify what repairs or parts would be needed to fix his vehicleIt actually is a whole lot of work and labor which was in fact authorized by ***It has been my experience that people have memory loss when things do not go their wayI will discount the fee to $if accepted before 5pm Thursday in an effort to resolve this quickly with with an acknowledgement of a misunderstanding and authorization for the laborThis will be my only offer. I didn't accept the repair quote so I want my truck back as you took it. For free like your advertising.

I am rejecting this response because: He never quoted me the 5++ and he hasn't done anything to deserve that amount except take the truck apart. He didn't do any labor for that amount. I didn't ask him to take apart the truck all I asked for was a free quote as advertised. I never authorized any other part removments so why is he charging me 500.
