I ordered a bumper cover for my EMercedes I received my part and took it to my body shop which painted it and started to install it It would not fit Customer service called after I sent it back to get the right part They would not send me the right part and said because I had it painted they could not refund my money Then they said if I wanted the one that had been painted back I would have to pay shipping I am VERY,VERY unhappy with their service
