I ordered a bumper cover for my 2003 E320 Mercedes. I received my part and took it to my body shop which painted it and started to install it. It would not fit. Customer service called after I sent it back to get the right part. They would not send me the right part and said because I had it painted they could not refund my money. Then they said if I wanted the one that had been painted back I would have to pay shipping. I am VERY,VERY unhappy with their service.
