The customer bought the car is and was offer to take the car to mechanic to get an inspection before purchasing the car! After he told us about the leak I offer to take the car to our mechanic to inspect the car but refused to do that!Sent from my iPhone

I *** *** am writing this email with an update, however, I do not consider this a resolve.Please see the attached. You will see
a copy of Check #from US Auto Sales for $4,made payable to *** *** on 09/12/16. I waited one day to email this information to you to verify funds were good. Wells Fargo has verified the funds. Please know that this check was only obtained after SEVERAL phone calls and several weeks, and only AFTER I filed a claim against their License Bond, filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, and filed a Record of Complaint Form with the DMV. I sought the legal council of an attorney *** *** (*** *** Law Group)who owns law offices in Sacramento, and who called US Auto Sales and *** started yelling at him and told Mr*** "to go fk himselfk" and hung up on him on 09/12/16.I was so frightened to go pick up my check that I had asked my friends husband who lives minutes away to leave his kids and wife at home and come with me just to pick the check up. When I got there they started calling me a liar and recording me, yelling at. It was a horrible experience!!! I'm not done. They had NO right to treat me that way and to keep my $500.00. I have NEVER signed anything at all with US Auto Sales. They tried to take advantage of me from the beginning because I'm a single girl. I don't feel they have the right to get away with that. They keep saying they have lawyers to fight this. I paid them $5,on 08/22/with the promise I would be in my car on 08/25/at the latest.I have over $racked up in Uber receipts just to and from work and US Auto Sales, not even talking about the stress and inconvenience of not having a vehicle!!! I have asked for my money back so many times and just got most of it 09/12/16. How can a business operate like that??? How it that fair?? Who looks out for consumers??They have been harassing and intimidating me from the beginning.Sincerely,*** ***

Customer was placed in a G35 instead of the truck, and we were able to provide inhouse financing. This matter has been resolved.

intentionally and fraudulently paid part of the down payment via checks that you knew there are no funds available to cover the checks. You even used false language when you were notified that your bank was not honoring your checks. 3. You used the car for three (3) days. 4. Excessive mileage usage in just three days. 5. Fraudulent down payments, checks were not honored by the bank based on the Non Sufficient Fund. 6. Showing no intentions to cover the checks and to have a good faith. 7. This car cannot be re-insured based on the extra mileage usage you incurred. 8. Damaged to the front bumper. 9. Service fee to Repo Company. You caused hardship, financial and physical damage to the above vehicle. Review: on 04/24/2015 I contacted us auto sales about a 2006 vw beetle convertible that had listed for sale on craigslist, I called them and expressed my interest in the vehicle, at this point we had only seen pictures of the vehicle. I gave them information to obtain financing on this vehicle and we were approved. I live a hour and a half away from this business so I called and gave a 100.00 deposit on the vehicle as we could not make it to their business for another 8 days. on 05/02/2015 my wife and I traveled to their dealership with the understanding that we were purchasing this vehicle for 8999.00 and the monthly payment would be 280.00. when we arrived the vehicle was not in as good of condition as described, however we still wanted to give it a shot so we took the car for a test drive. The vehicle had a bad vibration and we were not comfortable with that issue, so when arriving back at the dealership we explained our concern with the sales guy, he assured us that there were no issues with this vehicle so we went inside to look over the numbers.... that's when everything changed, he had marked the vehicle up to 9999.00 from 8999.0 which is what he quoted me over the phone and on top of that the payment that he had quoted me had now changed to 319.00 instead of 280.00. we were not comfortable with this at all so we told him we would need to go home and sleep on it. the next day 05/03/2015 I contacted the salesman via text and explained that we would not be purchasing the vehicle, first he wanted to know why and then he even offered to try and lower the price but at this point we were turned off by the whole situation so we declined. when I asked about a refund for the 100.00 he texted back and said NO REFUNDS! he never stated to me that there would be no refunds as well as my receipt in which he sent me a copy of via text does not state any where on it that there would be no refunds. I would like to be refunded my 100.00 as the vehicle, payment and price was not as described.Desired Settlement: I would like my 100.00 to be refunded
