Review: my car has been at us auto get repairs done on it for about 3 months now so yesterday the owner calls me and tell me somebody came onto his privet property and vandalized my car also she had a bat and treatn his employees she bust all my windows and spay painted my car. then I ask him to fix my car since it was in his possession at the time of the time it all happened he told me no then I ask were is your security he said its my employees that live at the shop so im asking for help to resolve this thank youDesired Settlement: for the shop owner to fix my car thank you

Review: We bought a car from [redacted] it was a lemon. We took it back on the 4/10/2015 and received another car a toyota solar. He came and took 4/15/2015 for some odd reason. [redacted] then released the car the same day to us. A couple days later he sent a man by the name of [redacted] house to our come looking for me [redacted] when the car is registered to anthony hayward my husband. We have have previous problems with [redacted] houston multiple police calls on him for harassing my family. I informed [redacted] that he can not send this man to my house he is not supposed to be around us. I then began to get followed around the neighborhood by a whole bunch of thugs watching my every move. I went outside may 4,2015 my car was gone. I contacted [redacted] multiple times that morning asking him if he had the car. Went to the shop at 9 as it should be open. No one was there. He then texted me around 10 am I told him I was on my way. When I went there he had 5 black males there trying to threating ms and walk circles around me. [redacted] began to yell and scream spit on me. The dudes then tried to attack my ride that had brought me to car lot. The dudes who don't even work there told me I was not getting anything back. These are street thugs he has up there trying to scare people in a place of business. Police were called and he was informed he is running a dirty business and they made him give me my children's carseats. He has basically stolen are money and the car ripped us off. This is a place of business.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. This car is to many problems and the business is running a scam.
