We had told ***, that until he had fixed the trunk, door, and check engine light, we would not be making any payments towards the car, due to him failing to follow through with his day warrenty on all sold carsWe had asked him to please use something else to clear the check engine lightHe told us that the light would go off when we filled the gas tank Which did not happen
