At this time, I have been contacted directly by U.S. Auto School regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was contacted by a person named Kimberly last week and she told me she would be in contact this past Friday May [redacted]. She did not call me...

or resolve the issue. She did not leave a number where she can be reached. This is extremely frustrating as I do want the money this company took from me without fulfilling their contract

I even came in after that inquirying about lessons. On the day of the road test, I called to see when the driver was coming and very non-chalantly, and carelessly, Livia stated that I would have to reschedule my drivers test I waited two months to take. I asked her why repeatedly because she kept laughing to her co-workers and hanging up the phone on me. She eventually told me that it was because I scheduled the drivers test myself online, when that doesn't even matter. I asked why she would take my money and not inform me of that, even after I spokebto her after that and she couldnt provide an answer because she wasted my tume and money deliberately. I asked to speak to a manager. She kept pretending to be the highest manager there and hanging up the phone, until eventually she saw that I was not giving up and said that a "[redacted] "Ms.P[redacted]" everyting she did and said, while laughing and behaving very unprofessionally toward me as if she could disrespect me that way and nothing would happen, but I recorded her. I told her that I was coming up to the U.S. Auto School to talk to "Ms.P[redacted]" and she was saying to me that I wouldn't, abd that I wouldn"t doanything about what she did, as though I was a child. When I arrived I was recording and  asked to speak to "[redacted]" and Livia couldn't present a "Ms.P[redacted]" to me. I asked to speak to the owner and still haven't. The employees there were very unprofessiona, arguing with me, even after I told them to mind their business. A racist white elderly female, called me a "dog" and kept trying to argue with me even after I told her to mind her business. Thiswomen was atleast 55 or older and should know better. A racist white older male, physically assualted me by screaming in my face closely touching mine, pushing and threatening me. There was a long stair case and he was trying to come behind me to push me down. He then tried to take my phone from me and refuse to get out of my faceLivia purposely wasted my time, I paid for, inwhich I was not able to pay another driving school intime to a car for my road test that day and now I have to wait even longer to take the next one. They should receive every applicable punishment, while paying to my next car lessons and road test service.  Thank you, and I look forward to this situation being .They wasted my time.

Review: I paid for a package of 6 driving lessons. I made a partial payment of $123.00. On Saturday August [redacted], 2015 I took my 1st class which was considered a double class held at 90 minutes. Since that date, 3 classes have been cancelled and the company failed to include me in the schedule for a total of three weeks. Each time I was scheduled to have a drivers lesson, I was told that Mr. S[redacted], the instructor had called out and when I made attempts to reschedule the class I was told that the scheduled was booked. I was given appointments for two weeks later and those appointments were cancelled as well. When I called and asked for a refund due to my services not being met, I was told that I was only entitled to $35. I was told that the double class was $88 and the supervisor I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she come on the phone with an attitude, she yelled at me simply because I was displeased with the services. If the last class which wasn't taken leaves me with a refund of $35 then that means the first two would've cost the same meaning I was supposed to ONLY pay $105 NOT $123 which leaves me a balance of $53. I feel I should be fully reimbursed to due the numerous cancellations on behalf of the company and the fact that I had to reschedule my road test and will have to go to another driving school.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund!
