To Whom it may concern, This letter is in response to the complaint the Revdex.com received on 3/1/We mailed an offer for coverage to this consumer [redacted] contacted our office on 3/1/wanting to know what the notice was aboutWe explained this was for extended coverage on her [redacted] and she stated that she didn’t want coverageWe let her know that the factory warranty would be expiring soonShe wasn’t interested and was removed from our mailing listShe then called back in later and said that she spoke with [redacted] and we are not affiliatedWe let her know that was true, but we offer coverage that can still be used at ***A gentleman started cursing in the background and we asked they not call again and had already been removed from our mailing listThen a 3rd call came in threatening to report us to the Revdex.comWe requested that the consumer quit calling the office because we had already honored their request of being removed from our databaseAt this time, we feel this complaint should be removed from our business overview as we have done nothing except honor the consumer’s requestIf you have any more questions or concerns regarding this matter feel free to contact me directlyThank you, [redacted] ***
