My company, *** purchased four refurbished RF guns from this business with the total cost being $3,230. They shipped them but they were defective. We communicated with Kevin by text who said to ship them back and he would refund our money in full. We shipped them back and have the tracking number that they received them. They have never denied receiving them or that we were due the refund. We continue to ask for our refund and Kevin says the refund should have been processed and continues to say he'll make sure it gets done. Once I emailed them through their website, Angel from the company started conversing with me through email and has said multiple times a check would be cut to me. He said the delay was because they got my guns and refund mixed up with someone else, but it never arrives and then he gives a new deadline each time of when the check will mail out. This has gone on for many months. The most recent promise was that it would be mailed out by 1/24/2020 but it was not. We have had continuous email contact but he doesn't actually send any money back and we have not spoke since January.

Usbarcodes is still doing Business with LKQ and all there locations.
this specific LKQ was given a credit towards there account and the customers is aware of this credit. the customer Just wrote me an email 2 weeks ago about using the credit on a purchase and our reply was you an use the credit on anything you would like.

Starting with company representative Kevin by text telling us to send the RF guns back and we'd get a full refund, then we received numerous emails from Angel saying he'd send me the refund check. I called Kevin who said the refund was supposed to have already been mailed and he'd check and call me back (and he never did and refused to accept my calls thereafter). Then I called US Barcodes and was told I'd receive a call back but didn't. Then I emailed through their website on 11/22/19 per attached emails. Angel replied on 11/22/19 that he would get me a refund. Again on 12/04/19 he says he will mail out the check. He again said the check would be in the mail by 1/24/20. We were never told about getting just a credit on account. I want the refund as we have had to purchase these RF guns elsewhere already.
Looks to me like the problem here is there is to many people working on this case from ***
I am the one that helps all our clients and as you see my email with an other employee from your facility we have communicated very well he has the credit Invoice and all, also your employee knows there is a credit and knows he can use the credit for repair or sale anytime, as you can see the dates on the emails provided there were from 3 weeks ago LKQ has been in contact with me and I have communicated back, The employee was ok with this transaction. our company was waiting for his order.

I have been the only one communicating with your company as I am the General Manager here. The only other person I asked for assistance from is the Manager of Indirect Procurement and I was cc'ed on all emails where he requested an ETA of the check. He has not been contacted further regarding this matter other than the initial response telling both of us on the emails I last attached that the check would be mailed to us. I have tried to reach you in all forms so that someone would respond and have continually been told you would mail us a refund check in full.

I have not received a response or my money back since my last response. Because this company told me multiple times I would recieve my money back, I already purchased replacement RF guns months ago so we do not have a need for replacements. I would like my full refund back as promised in multiple emails.
I was trying to respond in the Complaint and looks I cant, If the customer denied the credit we are willing to pay them have of the amount due to them still having open Invoices since 2019 that I can provide for you, what happens if they don't pay there balance due that's been due? this specific LKQ is leaving out details and it looks to me that they Involved to many workers I Ana am the one in charge of the refunds and credits and I communicated with there worker and then looks like other workers got involved and involved other workers from USbarcodes who are not authorized to make decisions. please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX

I will not accept half as LKQ Indianapois has all their bills paid and you charged by my own personal credit card in full before the product was shipped. No other workers were involved. Only I have been involved as the General Manager of the location. You have continuously promised me a full refund in writing multiple times so that is the only option I will accept.
