My son attended weeks and didn’t show up for the 3rd weekMy son, I found out was running the drills for the 9-year old childrenMy son was there to learn, not to train others and workThe reason I offered to take down the negative reviews in return of my refund is because the issue would have been handledThe company had posted information in response my reviews as well and took it down due to them posting informationI have started the process to dispute the item with my credit card company, in hopes I will receive the money back since the company refuses to issue a refund for services not usedThe company misrepresented their product I declined a new camp due to the issues I’ve had with the current camp

use on a future campIt can be giftedAfter being reminded of our policy and declining to offer a refund, the customer posted this negative review on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and Revdex.comHe then emailed us and told us he would remove upon receiving a refundWe do not think it is right and it calls into question any complaint he has when a condition complaint designed to make our organization look bad is submittedOur president contacted the customer and found out the parent was not even in attendance during the campWe did not find merit in offering a refund for these reasons: the customer agreed to our policy, did not submit a complaint until after a refund was NOT offered, and he attempted to extort us into giving him a refund by submitting these claimsCustomer stated he disputed the charge with American Express so we consider this situation closedNo resolution is needed as it has been escalated to the credit card company
