I am rejecting this response because:
I was told June 3, that the sunroom door would be replaced due to the vinyl being cut too short. Ray and team agreed that this would be a future concern and that they would order a new door for replacement. When the team came to replace the door, they stated that "Ray did not measure and had ordered the incorrect door". I was told that they would order a new door and come and replace it. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate, I have yet to hear back (mid-June 2016). The framing/ weathering on the door is, yet again, coming off.Boards in the deck were previously asked to be replaced/ reviewed during the initial job due to installing different makes of wood, laying the wood with the stamp up or nails not being plush with the wood. Requests for repairs after Aug were due to the railing not being anchored properly and it was not sturdy on the deck. Ray stated that someone did come out multiple times to try and fix, but I never saw anyone, nor received any communication that someone was coming/ or if they came. Despite my requests, they never set an appointment with me to review what needed to be fixed, so they did not know what they were fixing. Each time they came, they did not communicate with the homeowner and did not get address the actual problem resulting in me having to follow up multiple time to request a fix on the same issue

In regards to Customer [redacted], we sent a gift card and apologized for any confusion regarding their job.  They were given estimated dates at the beginning of their project, which was at the beginning of winter.  We don't generally install sunrooms in the middle of winter....

 A couple weeks after the site review, customer wanted to change some things which prolonged the job even further.  Once everything was confirmed with them, there was a delay with the manufacture, but we worked through that to make sure everything was installed in time for spring!

In June 2016 we received a call from the customer asking us to do service work.  We replaced some window sashes that were faulty, and put new splines in the sunroom door.  The sunroom was functioning fine when we left.  We have made many trips to this job for such things as...

replacing deck boards that shrank in the sun, which is normal and did not need to be replaced.  The homeowner has had full use of deck and sunroom since it was built in August of 2014.
