I have read the message from the beef company and it is not completely true. I did talk with some lady and she agreed to exchange the beef for something else, chicken and cheese cakes. She also said that someone would contact me about to set u an appointment to make that exchange and no one ever called. I have called them back two times since to try to set up the time and have not heard from them. So I still don't know where I stand.*** *** *** *** **. *** ** *** *** *** after noon. I am in Cardiac Rehab until 11:am and am not at home until around noon

We guarantee all of our products for 1 year from the date the product was purchased. She can contact our office and schedule a time to bring the product to US Beef and we will exchange for a product we currently carry.Thanks[redacted]

The above attachements is all the information the two gentleman gave me. No business cards. No brochures. No names or call back number. Nothing. No visible ID or permits on their persons, nor did I get their names. One gentleman, however, was wearing a white US Beef polo shirt. This above attachment...

was the receipt given to me after the etching of my debit card and the writing down of my CCC on a previous "receipt." The gentleman then proceeded to call my debit card in to a lady I'm assuming was at the "office" and would not leave until a confirmation code was given, stating the transaction was complete. The whole transaction took around half hour or more, as I was given the excuse the lady was "running multiple cards at a time" which was delaying processing. One man also stated his was his mother-in-law doing the processing. After they left, I replayed the entire transaction in my head and decided to check my bank account. Fifth Third is usually pretty good at posting transactions right away on the APP or Website and I found it odd this transaction read as follows: 10/26/2015 $348.00 DEBIT CARD PURCHASE AT [redacted]  That struck me as odd, considering both men stated they were from the Cincinatti area, so I immediately blocked my debit card, per my bank's request. I am unable to obtain an official bank statement, but did copy the transaction title from my account. I can submit my bank statement when it becomes available, upon request.  The gentlemen in general did not conduct themselves in a professional manner, in my opinion. No uniforms (except the one), smoking up a storm the entire time they were at my home, very pushy and rude which magically disappeared once I agreed to buy (and this was after several times of me virtually saying I was not interested). Not great representation of the company appearance and attitude-wise. I didn't appreciate being lied to as well. The gentleman I dealt with the most stated they were Revdex.com accredited and he was giving me quite the deal. According to their chart, one box typically runs 448 or 488 a box (my memory is foggy on this area), and because they just wanted to get home after being on the road for 72 hours straight, they were going to throw in a box for free for a grand total of 348 for two boxes and I was not to tell his manager. He stated at that price, I will be paying roughly 2 to 3 bucks a piece of meat. Well, I redid the math and that was a blatant lie, as I was paying roughly 7 TO 9 DOLLARS a piece of meat at my price. The gentleman also stated they typically have to charge 4% for processing fees with debit and credit unless I pay straight cash and for today to get rid of those boxes, he was going to "eat that charge" on the debit card. The whole experience has rubbed me the wrong way and I just have an eerie feeling about these two gentlelmen. The way they conducted themselves in what I sure hope they don't consider "professional" speaks volumes about this company, impression-wise. Even with my card blocked, I have a bad feeling and just want to give the meat back and have my money back with no hard feelings.  I have never seen a door to door company conduct themselves quite like this place and wuite frankly it frightens me they stated they may come back in the Spring. I can provide further details upon request.  Thank you for taking a look into this rather peculiar transaction and hopefully something good can come out of this, whether it be significant retraining on this company's part or warning other potential victims of this type of scam.
