We went to her home and picked up all the product she initially purchased and gave her a full replacement of all fresh product on 5/5/15. Should she need our assistance in any other way, we will do whatever it takes to make sure she is completely satisfied.

Review: In May 2013, while out doing yard work, a US Beef Representative ([redacted] ###-###-####) did a drive by and asked if I would be interested in purchasing some of their products. I did not need anything; my freezer was pretty full however a 50% discounted price plus an additional $20.00 off price was offered for a Beef Steak Variety Pack consisting of Boneless Beef NY Strip Steaks, Boneless Rib Eye Steaks, USDA Choice Boneless Beef Fillet - Bacon Wrapped, USDA Choice Beef Sirloin Strip Steaks, USDA Choice Boneless Beef Fillet & "Home-style" Pure Chopped Beef Steaks.

Long and the short of it is, approx. 3-4 weeks later I made some of these steaks and they were NOT CONSUMABLE! The steaks were so grizzly, that approx. 1/2 of the steaks prepared (Qty 3) were left on the plate and ultimately thrown away. I work too hard for my money to simply "throw it away"!! The steaks were absolutely awful!! I have called the 1-888-9-US-BEEF number multiples of times since this purchase in May 2013, I have called several times and spoke w/the rep that sold this variety pack to me ([redacted] as indicated above) and was "put off" to calling another number or another person. I went on line for US Beef.com and there is no way to contact them other than the 888 number that I was not successful in calling and getting results from. The pamphlet that I was given when making this purchase indicates they "OUR NO-HASSLE GUARANTEE We guarantee all of our products for tenderness, taste, and against freezer burn for one year. For customer service, call toll-free: 1-888-9-US-BEEF". So much for HASSLE FREE!

I also contacted [redacted] Beef, Inc. @ [redacted] and spoke w/the General Manager, [redacted], @ ([redacted], as well as the alleged, new Customer Svc. Rep., [redacted], @ ###-###-####. I requested a FULL REFUND and was more than willing to return the unused portion of this variety pack. They indicated that I should be able to get a full refund and that they would coordinate to have someone else call me to pick up this unused portion and allegedly then my refund check would be sent out or received within 5 - 7 days after receipt of the unwanted and returned variety pack. I am getting NO RESPONSES on my numerous follow up phone calls, NO ONE EVER CALLED TO PICK UP THE UNUSED VARIETY PACK & OBVIOUSLY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $157.00. My last call to the Cust. Svc. Rep., [redacted], approximately a week or so indicated that if I do not get resolve to this matter, at this point I am beyond frustrated in being BS'd and put off, that I would contact the Revdex.com. I am eagerly hoping for near term resolve & want my money back for a variety pack of Beef that is sub-standard at least. I am hoping that you, Revdex.com, can get much better results than what I was able to attain on my own. Thank you in advance. I look forward to hearing back from one of your representatives. .Desired Settlement: I want my money back. As stated above, I am more than willing to leave the unused portion of this Beef Steak Variety Pack outside since I am not willing, at this point and considering my frustrations throughout the past 4-5 months, to take a day off of work UNLESS the REFUND IN CASH is provided on that day.

Review: We contacted them saying that we wanted to return the meat the day after we got it and wanted a refund. I have not been receiving calls back from them.Desired Settlement: Refund of money in timely fashion.

Review: 8/16/14 a door to door sales rep for this company by the name of Peter A[redacted] caught me off guard as I was just getting to our family cabin in [redacted], WI. He told me he over bought steaks for the wk. They are a company like S[redacted]. They sell high grade beef steaks with no fillers or growth hormones. The normal cost per steak is $7-10 & he showed me beautiful steaks. He than told me,rather than store & take them back to MN, he would sell them to me for approx $3/steak. I said I would take 4 porterhouse, 4 filets,... he stopped me said that to get that price I needed to buy the whole pkg ($379). I said I don't have any interest & he said he would double the order & give me a whole pkg free, a total of 110 steaks. I told him there was no way we had freezer space, than he said let me put them in your freezer & you can come & look. A pkg was 5 NY Strip, 6 Rib Eye, 6 Bacon wrapped Filet, 8 Teriyaki Sirloin, 8 Chicago-Styke Pepper Sirloin & 20 4 oz chopped steak patties. I would get this doubled. It would be just like the pkg in the brochure but he had to substitute 8 Terriyaki sirloin for lean ground sirloin & round beef, very lean,tender burgers. I did say ok. When my brother got back we counted them. What I got was 10 ground beef pkg,that have to be at least 50% fat, 16 filets with no bacon, 6 t-bone, 10 ribeye, & 10 NY strips. It is 52 vs 110 & no where near what pkg stated. I have contacted them 2/day for a wk & could only leave messages which I did. A customer service rep David P[redacted] assured me they would take care of it, he said he would get back to me, I have called left messages each time & no response. This is clearly a scam company.Desired Settlement: refund my $379. I have not touched the meat if there was ever a question on what I actually got. We are closing the cabin this weekend so they need to settle this or figure out a way to get their meat depending on who takes it back with them

Review: My boyfriend and I bought steaks from U S Beef. I was sitting on the porch when a man in the U S Beef truck named [redacted]. said he will give us meat for 180.00 I paid 90.00 and [redacted] paid 90.00

for total of 180.00 We returned abut 98.9 % of the meat it states 100% guaranteed. We returned all but 3steaks as we tried them. They tasted funny, a little gamy so we returned the rest. We received 120.00

back. WE tried numerous calls I mean 3x to 4x a week. (They picked it up the meat in oct/nov) it took them till jan to pay us back the 120.00 We called again and again after. [redacted] said he will be sending out the check for the 70.00 and that was 3months ago. it says 100% guaranteed. We returned well before the allotted time (which is up to 1yr to return) We returned within 3mts as it took numerous calls to get a call back for someone to just come and pick up the meat. we bought it in August late and been calling since sept for them to pick up the meat and many many calls to get some of our money back. They never called to say what is going? No courtesy calls at all. We have been trying stilsstill till feb/march and we gave up. We have not head one peep from them, so now we are coming to youi

They are horrible in customer service. We are telling everyone who wants to buy meat from them not to. We tried to be nice for months. I do not want to go to small claims for 70.00. this is ridiculous!!Desired Settlement: We just want the money that is owed. as it states 100% guaranteed we paid 180. we got 120.00 so we want out 70.00 and they should work on the courtesy calls or hire someone to deal with the calls not constantly get answering machines. you can never get ahold of a live person unless you block your number
