I ordered a facemask from Best Deals from an ad I saw on ***k. The order was placed on May 2, 2020. ***. I paid via ***. Seven weeks later on June 26, I contacted them about my order. On June 29 I was told if my order was not received in a few days "we will take further action and give you full refund". Nothing. This goes back and forth and still no face mask or refund. A few week ago I gave them a final email saying they promised to refund my money on June 29 if the item was not received in a few days. It had been six weeks since that email. The tracking info provided is very vague and basically has not been updated since mid May. I tried to dispute it with Paypal but missed some sort of deadline by a day. I feel they are not going to come through with either the item or a refund.

Purchased a gift from this company for my wife on April 23, 2020. Money came out automatically. Never received a tracking number. Been making many phone calls with no response and emails sent with automatic responses telling me my product is delayed due to COVID. Now I get another email stating it arrived shipping partner facility *** awaiting on July 17, 2020. It is now Aug 1, 2020 and I am still out the money and no product! This is a SCAM!

Horrible customer service at us-best deals. Took two months before I received my product. The company initially told me that it was shipped but couldn’t provide tracking number. I told them I wanted a refund and to forget it but they refused to do so telling me product had shipped. They told me I could send back when I received it but now that I have received it are telling me I cannot have a refund. I keep sending screen shot of email where they said I could get a refund and now no one will respond. This company is horrible.

I ordered a 3x5 rug from US Best Deals on April 25th The cost was $76.44 after a discount.The rug arrived June 24th. Much to my surprise and disappointment this so called rug arrived in a packing envelope. This item is nothing more than an oversize dish towel.I emailed the company and expressed my disappointment and ask how to return it for a refund. The had me send pictures then replied that they had a no return policy and hoped I understood. No I don't understand how a company can get away with misleading the consumer and then not back their merchandise. The name is US Best Deals nothing in that name implies my order would be coming from *** which it clearly did. It said items can't be returned because they are made as ordered, yet the design on the rug I received is not the design I ordered and now they say they ship what is available. I live on a fixed income and save to buy what I want and this was such a big disappointment and scam and I don't want others to be taken advantage of.

Paid for a dragon fly quilt on April 26, 2020.Cost was $69.94 order *** Should have only taken 3 weeks to receive my quilt. I've emailed them several times and called and left messages. Today is July 7th I have still not received my quilt. I have requested a full Refund and have not received that either. Please advise. Thank you

I placed a order for a blanket on 5/13/2020 through US-Bestdeals, in which my credit card was charged that same day. The website states that shipping time is between 10-15 days. I tried calling the company numerous times on 6/2/2020 to get a update on my order. No surprise, no one answered the phone so, I left a message. I also e-mailed the company inquiring about my order on 6/2/2020. I never received a phone call back but did get a e-mail on 6/11/2020 from the company saying that they had sent my order. So, I waited for the package to arrive. Again, no surprise the package never arrived. I e-mailed the company again on 6/16/2020 inquiring about my order status and also said I was going to contact my credit card company to file a dispute and contact Revdex.com if I did not receive a response that day. I received a response later that night that my order would be shipped next week and that there must have been a delay due to COVID. Well that’s funny because the email on 6/11/20 from them said it had already been sent. I’m in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company.

On or about 05/23/2020 I ordered a product from the company Bestdeals. After ordering the item I was supposed to be given a tracking number for which I paid an extra $4.00. I waited a week and did not receive the tracking number. Upon entering the second week I still hadn't received the tracking number so I emailed the company again. I didn't receive a reply. Over the next two weeks I emailed them twice more still without a reply. I also called several times and left several messages with no reply. A month now has passed without a reply from the company. So I emailed them again threatening to contact the Revdex.com. After that final email they returned an email apologizing for the delay. They stated in the email that a tracking number would be provided and my package will be mailed promptly. During the following week I began tracking the item. It left California in route to me. During the second week of tracking I noticed my item taking what I thought was an unusual course in-route to my city. During the third week I checked to see where the package was and the tracking info stated that the package had been delivered to an address in Albuquerque, NM. I live in ***, Missouri...800 miles away. In all the package was in transit for 46 days. I emailed them and ask how they screwed that up? They only replied with a "we're sorry." I emailed the company for a refund but that request was ignored. I called the Revdex.com in West Virginia and was told that this company has numerous complaints leveled against them pertaining to the same nature as my complaint. I paid $69.94 for a bedspread. Haven't received the bedspread nor my refund.

Never received the rug I ordered but they collected my money.

I ordered a product from this company in May 2020. I paid with my paypal account then when looking into my account they double charged me not a big deal till I tried to come into contact with company and got no where I then got ahold of paypal so maybe they could help get a refund for the second charge and they had no luck reaching anyone also. I still have not received product. When reviewing company it seems I am not the first person this has happened to.

Zero customer service - no contact after purchase and receiving money.

I purchased a dragonfly quilt on April 25, 2020, which was paid for in full through my bank account and have never received the product I called several times and sent an email and I have not been able to reach anyone . There has been no contact with the company and I am out $90 I have proof of purchase and would wither like to have the king soze quilt or a complete refund!

I have not received my quilt and I have made several attempts to contact them via email and by phone with no response except a shipping # that does not work. I contacted UPS and they have no record of my shipment and they have checked several times for me, I have record of their contact with me also. At this point I would like to have my money back.
