This is [redacted] , the manager that assisted you in your visitYour cartridges were not "faulty," (your exact wording in our store when you came) but the cartridges did give you a headacheWhen I asked you if I could test them out you responded with, "they work but I know you can do something..." Unfortunately, by law, I am strictly not allowed to return or refund products that are not malfunctioningEven after being told that it would be illegal to return your working cartridges, you continued to whisper to my employee specifically saying, "come on, you can help me out, you can do something for meetc..."? Not to mention Sir, you have come into our collective multiple times before whispering to my employees about giving you free items in the pastWe do not barter here Sir, we are non-profit dispensary that provides medicine to our patients at the lowest price possibleAlso, I am sorry you misunderstood me when I reiterated to you that it may not be a good idea to spend $100+ dollars on multiple units of a product you are unfamiliar with, for the specific reason that we do not do refunds or returnsWe hope you find a dispensary that fits your needs.?
