I inquired via e mail about a building, so far I have had people call me with the same BS pitch about 50% off and up to 5k refund over a year, I am in the commercial construction business, they cant give you a straight answer and try to run you around The last call today 9-11-a manager jumps on the call, and asks if I am a buyer,, well yes but send me the info I requested a quote for the building and a drawing of the building so I can see it and compare it to others and make a decisionThe manager then tells me im too stupid and hangs up on me well I have been in the construction business for years and have built many buildings My advice AVOID this company go with a local firm that will be honest and provide a good service
My husband asked for an email quote, and they started calling to times a day every dayMy husband was always at work when they called and didn't have his phone with himI answered a few times and told them he was at work, and he had their numberHe would call if he was still interestedThey continued to callThey called three time this morning, starting at seven in the morningI answered the third time and said we were no longer interested in a quote (obviously they aren't doing a whole lot of business of they have the time to call all the time)He responded with whatever and hung up on me! I called the number back to get his name, which he refused to give me, I asked to take our name off their list, and he said no way, you're rude so we are going to keep doing whateverI said so you are going to continue to call and harass me?? He said no I'm going to set you up on our automated call listI said I wanted his name (again, this was the fifth or sixth time I'd asked.) he refused againSaid why would I give you my name when you won't even listen to me? I said I don't have to f*ing listen, I want off your listHe proceeded to call me a dumb *** and said he hoped I enjoyed multiple calls a day from now on, and hung up on meAfter all that? Still refused to give me his name, but I'm willing to bet it's the same guy who called the other reviewer stupid
