Todd is unresponsive to problems, communicates infrequently and VERY AGGRESSIVELY when you have the audacity to state a failure. Failures included very slow delivery, incomplete delivery, not meeting design specifications, not honoring commitments. He is simply the worst businessman I have every had the misfortune of working with when it comes to home improvement. Just a disaster of an experience. Only $2K+ of a bad experience for me, but the time it cost me and my contractor, and the general disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by Todd [redacted] (under whatever name he is choosing for his window company) to all- customer, contractors and the workers he recommended to help install the windows- should be a sufficient warning. Not worth a formal complaint since I wouldn't have time or patience to pursue compliance.
