My spouse, *** ***, filled out official application to have our dog registeredTime goes by and I see they charged us for the processing and to have paperwork overnighted to usMonths go by and we receive nothingWe finally reach out to them and at first they state they never got our paperwork but yet some how had our bank info that was put on the application and charged us and yes we have proof of chargeAfter insisting they stated they did mail out paperwork but if we did receive it or it got lost it was our faultCome to find out there are several people going through same issues with these guys
