Review: The company does not respond to our requests for supplies or service quickly. The machine keeps breaking down. Also when we order supplies we are given the run around and it takes over a month to receive the supplies.

Review: We have been trying to receive service on our copy machine for a few months now and have been reaching a dead end while contacting anyone from the company. We also haven't been receiving the needed toner for the copy machine which we are desperate for.

We are also having issues with our contract that they are not keeping their part of the deal to, I just don't know where else to turn.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for all the charges that we were billed for the months we did not receive proper service and repayment for the toner we ordered on our own from another company.

Review: I had originally called them on Thursday, June **, 2013 to order a few different toner cartridges for our two printers we currently have contracts with. Included in our contract agreement is ordering toners at no costs. We ordered 4 toners total to begin with(1 toner was added on Friday, June **). On Friday, June **, 2013, I had called again stating that we were in need of the Toshiba toner(specifically) as we had just run out of this product and wanted to make sure this product was shipped and on it's way. They never mentioned that there would be any delays or backordered products when placing this order originally. They stated that the product was not in to their place of business yet and that as soon as they knew when product would be arriving they would give me a call. I called back again on Monday, June **, 2013 and was told the product was still not in but they would update us. [redacted] in Supplies said they were expecting the truck in soon. On Tuesday, June **, after speaking with [redacted], I was promised that the truck delivery would be at their location "no later than Thursday"(referencing June [redacted]). She put me through to another [redacted], the [redacted] of the company and I left a message on her voicemail, including all of my contact information for a call back. I never heard from anyone from US Business Technology. I called once more on Thursday, June [redacted] around 9:30am as I was told to call by [redacted] in supplies. She said the truck was not in but as soon as she found out about the truck, she would give me a call. She put me through again to [redacted], the [redacted] of the company and I left another message. We received one toner of the 5 asked for. Friday, June [redacted], I called [redacted] in Supplies again and was promised again that the truck was expected in Monday, July [redacted]. She used excuses about how it's the end of year and the schools they supply all called in at once for product. on July [redacted], I called for product at 10:30am as I was told to call, again by [redacted] in Supplies. She wanted me to call at that time as she was hoping it would be the best time to reach the [redacted]. I was told the truck was still not in and that the [redacted] was not feeling well this morning and may not be in. No matter how many times I asked for higher management, there was never anyone available or at the location. We received 2 more toners for our other printer. We were only missing the 2 black toshiba cartridges. On July [redacted] I called the company around 3:30pm to check on status of the shipment and [redacted] from Supplies informed me that the product will be arriving finally on Friday, July *, but they are not open on that day. The earliest that they can ship this out to our company would be Monday. There was still no higher management to speak with and I informed [redacted] that I would be making a claim with the Revdex.com. She said she would send out an email to all managers and supervisors regarding our order and complications. I also let her know that our company would be ordering toner from an outside source and that I would hope that they would compensate us for the toner.Desired Settlement: I was not going to send this complaint the first time, but now we are having problems again with product and customer service and I am at my wits end. [redacted], the ** for the company, will not return ANY of my calls or messages so it leaves me to believe that she doesn't exist and they are stating now that there's a hold on our account for an invoice. When trying to find out what the invoice is for, we get no answers. We honestly would just like our toners & Service that we need/ordered.

Review: I bought Copier Toshiba E-120 and Fax E-500F for $1854,The purpose to have high yield cartridge,drum, developer.We start(my spouse and I) to use the 2 machine in 2008 (** office). after three mont the scanner motor went bad, the company change the motor for free. 9/2010. I paid$ 195, 3/2011. I paid $195, 8/2011. I paid $32.59 after I refuse to pay $81.28,11/2011. I paid 152.07 with discount $35. The copier made only 55.393 copies, for 3years2/2012 .I paid for the Fax -500F $ 156.99 service the machine start cut the paper.My first complain to [redacted] America Inc, My letter was return ,I called to Japan, They refer me to Toshiba America Inc. [redacted]. in my opinion [redacted] has not went to the base off the problem The company advertise :" 12000 copies per mont, no tune ups for25000 copies and more," I report to FTC Ref# [redacted] to Local Attorney General.the Attorney general refer me to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Both machine is not working. I am looking for full refunding.

Review: WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH US BUSINESS FOR QUITE A WHILE, PARTS ARE NEVER SUPPLIED TO OUR COPIER CORRECTLY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WHICH CAUSES OTHER PARTS TO BREAK, WHICH WE GET 10 DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT COME TO TRY AND FIX AND THE END RESULT FROM THE LAST GUY THAT THIS COPIER CANNOT BE FIXED. NOBODY KNOWS HOW. WE HAVE SUGGESTED A NEW COPIER SINCE WE ARE LOCKED INTO THIS CONTRACT UNTIL 2016, WHICH THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO US. APPARENTLY THIS EMPLOYEE OR [redacted] IS NAMED [redacted] WHO NEVER SEEMS TO BE THERE AS WELL AS ANOTHER [redacted]. WE ORDERED TONER FOR OUR MACHINE 3 WEEKS AGO SUPPOSEDLY IT WAS ORDERED, NEVER RECEIVED IT AND EVERY TIME WE CALL IT IS YES WE ORDERED IT AND IT WILL BE HERE WE PUT A RUSH ON IT AND THEN IT NEVER SHOWS. WE WORK FOR A NEUROLOGIST AND WE USE THIS MACHINE AT LOT AND NOW WE HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED FOR ALMOST A MONTH WITHOUT TONER AND A AT LEAST 6 MONTHS WITH A MACHINE THAT IS NEVER FIXED. THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WHICH NEVER SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED.Desired Settlement: WE NEED A COPIER THAT SUITS OUR NEEDS FOR OUR WORK FLOW AND IF IT SHOULD BREAK THAT SOMEONE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT CREATING NEW ONES. AS WELL AS SPEEDY DELIVERY ON TONER NOT WAITING A MONTH FOR IT.. WE REALLY NEED A NEW MACHINE!!!

Review: This company is a copy machine vendor. They failed to uphold it's end of the agreement. The lease is designed where they get their money from a third party - but agree to provide me with service and supplies (except paper) for the copy machine. We have repeatedly had them visit us for the same problem - double sided copies are difficult at best. They can never seem to fix the problem. Each time they would come in, they would also try to explain to us that we had exceeded our copies included in our lease. The latest debacle is when we ran out of toner and called for more. we got the runaround and they told us the toner was on BACK ORDER!!! for a machine that they vend and service!!!! To date it is almost 2 weeks and we have not received a return call from them on our toner issue / our current state of lease / and any other reason. It is as if we do not exist.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for our service portion of their contract for the remaining time left in our lease which is early 2017. we will use this to pursue another service vendor with this machine. We rely heavily on the use of the copier and basically we are dead in the water without it. Severing our ties with them at this point seems to be the only option. Our lease payments still go to a third party. We would appreciate help in resolving this matter.Thank you-
