package cannot exceed 6lb, which our co-worker follows the rule and separate into 2 boxes. Because this shipment is 2 different boxes, which count as 2 shipments, each boxes did charge separately. This explains the reason for having the 1st pound 2 times. Also, from what I see on your account's note, our co-worker cannot release the shipment without your confirmation. But on 12/22 one of our customer service said you confirmed the shipment with the weight, which our co-workers pack everything and deduct the amount from your account on 12/30.
For the removing packing material, you mention our customer service said cannot do any changes after payment. From what I see on our end, all of your packages you purchase came to our warehouse before 12/17 and you confirm the weight on 12/22. our co-worker finish packed everything after Christmas, deduct your shipment's amount from your account and left our warehouse on 12/30. So I want to know why you did not say anything at the beginning when you confirm the weight or before they finish packing your shipment, which you did have several days to do so?
For the workflow of our company and the payment deduct from your account, they are on our website and you did agree with our terms and conditions when you apply an account with us, which allow us to deduct regular shipment's fee base on your order. But for additional charges, we definitely let our customer know before doing any charges. First of all, if you read the shipping charge, which is "", under common express B, which is the one you choose, the first line already states no more than 6 lb for each package.
Second, if our customer service did not notice you about separate the box, we are apologizes for it and we will continue to improve our communication service with our customer. However, based on the situation in our Oregon warehouse and the custom policy, our team was doing what is best for our customer and we still need to follow china custom requirement, such as each package can be limited to personal quantity. Based on what I heard from our customer service team, because you did purchase one electric toothbrush and two non-electric toothbrush, which is already over the custom's limit of "personal" use. So this case, no matter what we still have to separate into two boxes.
