Precision Plumbing has been in contact with the owners of the property regarding this matterIn our last conversation approximately two weeks ago with one of the owners I informed them I would be driving out to correct the problemAfter taking the tub drain apart it appeared that the linkage in
the trip lever was not long enough to stop the water from draining out of the tubI called Watco and ordered a replacement part #*** I did not call the owners to inform them that I was waiting on a part because I was told that it was not a big issue and could be dealt with whenever I was in the areaThe part arrived on April 13th On April 14th I drove out to the property and repaired the tub drain as well as the leaking shower drainI apologize for not returning phone calls immediatelyI try to return calls as soon as possible but due since this is a small family business there are times we are out of town or shut business down for a short period of time for vacationSorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and your familyThe issues are now repaired and working properly

We spoke with Dan [redacted] regarding his complaint against U.S. Card Systems and have come to the following agreement. The processing agreement and 48-month Rental Agreement was signed by an employee of Dan's Shop, Inc. that is no longer with...

the company. Dan will contact the Revdex.com to retract the complaint registered previously and U.S. Card Systems has agreed to waive/reimburse the $250.00 Early Termination Fee and we will also cancel their remaining balance of the Rental Agreement that had 34 months remaining. Once Dan has contacted the Revdex.com, we will complete the terms of the agreement reached by Dan [redacted] and U.S. Card Systems.
