I placed an order on 12/26/2015. I have not received my order and cannot reach anyone in customer service. they will not respond to emails and phone waits are over an hour.

Poor customer service . Placed a order on 12/11/15 and still have not received my order . Attempted several times to email and phone with no reply . Finally after calling and being placed on hold for over 2 1/2 hours I spoke with someone and requested a refund . This was over a week ago and still nothing from them . This is not a company I would recommend to deal with .
