This website http://www.uscitizenship.info/ disguises its SCAM nature by trying to appear as official site, which is intended to help you with your Immigration process/issues. However what it does is:
1) It charges you hundreds dollars for the access to official PDF documents, which you can get FREE on http://www.uscis.gov/ website.
2) It collects your security sensitive information and automatically fills out a form you have chosen on this website. It fills out only certain fields and you cannot add more information to the form.
3) As soon as you go through all pages of your form the form receives the COMPLETE status. By the Refund policy of this website your money become not returnable at this point regardless of the fact that you actually didn't submit your form.
Customer Service will tell you that they charged those hundred dollars of yours because their reps have reviewed your form for accuracy. It's a lie! The process is fully automated. No one reviews anything. No one is responsible for anything you write in your form. If you go on and submit your form it will be sent to USCIS the same way as you could do it yourself for free if you'd follow instructions on http://www.uscis.gov/ website.
Most likely in a month or two or three you will receive a letter from USCIS asking you to provide additional information - the information you couldn't add while filling out your form through uscitizenship.info. It means your Immigration process/issue is delayed for that period of time and you spent your hundreds dollars for nothing.
The bottom line - the uscitizenship.info is Phishing/SCAM website which preys on naive and uninformed people. Stay away from it! Go directly to http://www.uscis.gov/ website and get forms you need and fill them out for FREE using clear and useful instructions.

Review: I am in a dilemma where I am trying to file for my naturalization certificate , and I googled the website which is www.uscitizenship.info, so I filled out a form called n400 , and a fee was required in the amount 159.00 and I realized that I would just have a lawyer continue my process on filing for the documents that I need, and I wanted to cancel the form, which I didn't even send out or anything so it can get processed the form was filled out on a Friday, which was to late to call the business, due to being after hours. So today Monday I call their customer service number, which directed me to an actual official government business which is uscis.gov, and I spoke to a rep and exp. the situation to her, and I was advised that they are not affiliated the the other website, who used the gov official website on their page, and the rep told me that they had nothing to do with that and she cannot refund the amount that you paid. I am very upset and I need a resolution, this has to get resolved, because they are collecting money from people who are lost and have no idea of exactly what's going .this is not fair to any consumer, they are not government official and should not be collecting people's information like that.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund please.

Review: This company is displaying its name and services as if it is part of the U.S Immigration office. It is purposefully misleading people so they can cheat them out of $139. They do not provide any service that is useful or not available from the government website.
