I did respond yesterday via email I understand my clients complaint and I want to make things right for him I will rein-burst him back the money that he paid the other company I just need to receive a copy of his Invoice and please tell me how to proceed Thank You

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] The response above is not accurateMy son was not rudeThe house was not repaired the next day or within that week, and is still not repaired.Time line below began after we contacted Revdex.com.2/A patch job was done on the roofSilicon was applied to the noticeable areasThere was no notification to my husband, myself or my son when anyone arrived or leftNo idea any work was done until following day when [redacted] roofing came.2/17/***, my son, called Castillo builders unhappy with “patch job” Isidro said he would no longer deal with [redacted] since he did not own the house when the work was done.***, my husband, called IsidroIsidro stated he thought the patch job was sufficient [redacted] did notIt rained that nightThe ceiling leaked and the water now traveled into the wall.2/18/ I received email from [redacted] : Wrote email to Isidro, [redacted] and Revdex.comAlso called Isidro and left message to call me back immediatelyCopy of e-mail attachedIsidro called me that night and said he would be out to the house on MondayIt was in both of our best interest to fix it properly and he would.2/20/2017Castillo builders went through the ceiling to find the leak and fix the roofThey pealed back what they determined to be the damaged part of the roof and replaced itThey said they would also repair the damage to the inside of the houseThey have not completed the repair to the inside of the house and have not returned phone calls as of today, 3/6/The job is not completeWe are still waiting
