It is obvious that the present owner of this company (which goes by two or three different names aka: [redacted]c.) is not concerned about protecting the integrity and reputation of the company that his ancestors built. If he was, he would think it paramount to settle this issue. I will be sure to pass on to all my senior citizen bus tour friends to stay away from this tour group, being sure to note that they advertise under several names, and to make sure they aren't a victim of this scam. (NOT BEING GIVEN COPIES OF THE CANCELLATION OR TRAVEL INSURANCE POLOCIES WHEN BOOKING). Shame on you [redacted] Your grandfather would be very disappointed.
