I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I would like to add that the company was very responsive but it took a formal complaint for them to act. I am hoping the company will use this situation as a learning experience as the entire matter could have been resolved at the lowest possible level if they had followed through with their commitment to return my calls as they promised.

our office - Eye Wellness Center - and we are in the process of resolving the issue. Due the holiday season we were closed and once we talked to him on 1-5-15 - we agreed to refund his money.
We will notify you once we have made sure the patient has received his refund.
