US Custom Wiring

Review: [redacted], Installation Manager, of US Custom Wiring LLC did the installation of our [redacted] Alarm System. We had to replace a door and the alarm had to be disconnected and then reconnected once the job was complete. My husband contacted [redacted] and scheduled an appointment for the reconnection. No one ever showed up for the scheduled appointment. No one ever called to reschedule. We have called repeatedly to try and reschedule and no one will return our calls. This has gone on for months. I went onto US Custom Wiring's website and tried to contact someone using this method but have had no success. We had to file a work order request with [redacted] and it cost us $157 to have them complete the work.Desired Settlement: First of all we would like a return telephone call and an explanation for this company's lack of professionalism and follow through. We would also like at least a partial reimbursement of our payment to [redacted] for the work they had to complete since US Wiring never honored their appointment and would not respond.
