I was under the impression this loan was resolved when my Federal Taxes were withheldThey claim they cannot locate this information so now I have to look through my tax returns to figure it out on my ownThey were not willing to assist me with a garnishment suspension after I made it very clear I did nto receive the letter from the collection agency and had already set up a payment plan with themThere was lack of understanding no compassion from the rep or supervisorI am one week returning from Maternity leave and cant even pay my rent now due to this deduction they were not willing to assist me with preventingI am now being told I have to wait months to have the garnishment lifted that is about 6/paycheck deducting 15% in which I CANNOT AFFORD
