We emailed our customer a copy of the service contract the day he purchased itThen we mailed him a copy of the agreementAll policies have a day right to review wherein we can make adjustments to their coverageThe customer never indicated that he wanted to add in the Luxury Electronics
package to usTherefore we did not charge him for itNot all models have the GPS equipped so we don't automatically add that in unless the customer requests it to be put inIt is rather expensive to add that feature to a service contract, averaging around 30% of the total cost of coverage. Regretfully the customer is not satisfied with the service and has cancelled his coverage as a result of not having this feature included in his policy. Thank you for your concerns. Customer Service

We show that a refund check was issued for this account. If the customer wishes to have an electronic credit and for us to void the check we sent then the customer needs to contact us directly. We cannot accept third party complaints regarding refunds unless they present us with a power of attorney...

We cannot resend a refund or even discuss a refund with a third party. If your grandfather wishes to add you to this account he will need to call here directly, then we can discuss his refund with you. It is also the policy of the Revdex.com not to disclose financial information or to accept complaints from third parties.

I asked for a paper check, it appeared the Revdex.com did not read the reply.  US direct insist on getting my electronic information this is unacceptable I just want a return in paper form for the return of my money. No paper check has been mailed to my grandfather. Maybe it is lost in the mail .
