This person was never contacted by our company.We have no record of this person or any phone number listed on this "complaint" in our databaseOften we get calls from people saying they were called by our company only to find out that they were called by some company identifying themselves as "warranty service company" or "auto warranty providers" or "national auto warranty" and many other such combination of names, then the person who was called goes onto [redacted] and types in those key words and our information pulls up because we've been in business for so long and our websites pull up on top of many [redacted] searches, so these people think that we called them when we did notI hope this helps clear up what's happenedThank you,Customer Service

US Direct does not approve or deny claimsCustomer claims are approved or denied by their service contract administrator listed on the definitions page of their service agreementAlso listed in the agreement is a list of covered or non covered componentsAccording to the terms of this customer's agreement that was initiated just over a month ago, the parts mentioned in this claim are not covered parts according to this customer's administratorIf this customer is concerned about what is or is not covered on their agreement they may contact their warranty providerI do show the customer was instructed to contact us to cancel their coverage by their administrator after the customer demanded the contract be cancelled, which has been doneI also show the customer has requested a refund which has been initiatedAs far as the supposed disputed amounts listed on this complaint they are incorrectThis customer has only paid a down payment of $and one payment of $totaling $

This customer was sold an insured service contract and informed at the time of purchase who her administrator was and who insures the policiesThe insurer pulls an A rating on AM Best reportsThe customer called to cancel and we informed her to send her cancel request in writing which she has refused to doWe issued the customer her refund on 02/11/2015The customer has called in many times in a fit of rage, and is impossible to communicate with and has failed to follow instructions to cancel her agreement

While it is against company policy to discuss a customer's account with a third party such as the "Revdex.com" we can validate that this customer is being issued a full refund

This customer has filed multiple claims on a new policy that he has made one monthly payment onHe was given terms and days to review those termsThe contract administrator did abide to the terms of the contract and repair his vehicle for the covered parts

agreement that was initiated just over a month ago, the parts mentioned in this claim are not covered parts according to this customer's administrator. If this customer is concerned about what is or is not covered on their agreement they may contact their warranty provider. I do show the customer was instructed to contact us to cancel their coverage by their administrator after the customer demanded the contract be cancelled, which has been done. I also show the customer has requested a refund which has been initiated. As far as the supposed disputed amounts listed on this complaint they are incorrect. This customer has only paid a down payment of $189.00 and one payment of $108.12 totaling $297.12

As of today, 2/18/15 at 3:40 pm CST, I spoke with American Express and a credit is not showing on my account from this merchant.  American Express did note that it can take up to 7 days for a credit to process to my account. Today, 2/18/15, is 7 days from the date they claim to have issued the credit.They harassed and promised me several times they were going to issue the credit prior to my contacting the Revdex.com, however, they did not follow through on their promise.
