Dear Revdex.com and customer:We have received the customer's complaint We want you to know that we take such complaints very seriously While we disagree with the customer's position that service fee was not disclosed, as a gesture of goodwill I have directed our quality assurance team to the

Dear customer and Revdex.com,The customer placed the order on November 19, 2015, and then cancelled the order that same day. Dear Revdex.com and Customer:We have received the customer's complaint We want you to know that we take complaints very seriously US Dish is an authorized retailer for Dish Network Like hundreds of other retailers, we sell on behalf of Dish, but we do not offer any products of our own
and, beyond the retailer relationship, we are not affiliated with Dish Network or any of its other retailers in any other way Upon receiving the complaint, we immediately performed a call review to see what was said to the customer by our sales agent Our call records show only one call between the customer and US Dish in which the customer mentions several times that he is interested in the PAC-OR channel However, our records indicate that no sale resulted from the call Therefore, we believe the customer did not purchase Dish Network services from US DishRather, the customer likely spoke directly with Dish or another Dish retailer after calling US Dish and it is that company with whom the customer placed their order As such, we believe this complaint needs to be transferred to the proper entity as we have no ability to assist the customer in procuring a refund for a sale we did not make.We wish the customer the best of luck in his efforts regarding this matter Please let us know if there is anything else the customer needs from us.Regards, Spencer H***Associate In-House Counsel
