the product to be received into our warehouse and processed. The refund for this order was issued on November 19, 2015. Customer called on Friday November 20, 2015 to verify the product had been received as returned. During this call Ms. [redacted] was informed that the refund had already been issued on the 19th. Ms. [redacted] was informed that the credit card company needed some time to post the credit and was asked to please give it some time. Ms. [redacted] back on Monday November 23, 2015 and asked if the returned had been processed. Ms. [redacted] was once again reassured the refund had been issued and would process back to her credit card. Mrs. [redacted] called back the next day Tuesday November 24, 2015 in the morning at 8:30am to follow up on credit. Customer was reiterated that the credit had been issued however some time needed to be given for the bank to post it. It could take about 24 to 72 hours or three business days for the credit to reflect in the customer's account. The refund credit was verified as posted on November 24, 2015.We regret to hear that the refund took longer than expected to appear as posted to the customer's debit card. We hope that Ms. [redacted] accepts our extended apologies for this delay. On our part we believe this situation has been resolved as the refund has been credited.
