Back in October 2013 I was introduced to the president(Ms [redacted] ***) of the above mentioned company who explained to me that because I'm a senior citizen, President Obama had a program that was helping Seniors pay off their mortgages. She told me that her fee was 7 percent of my outstanding mortgage which totaled $12,166.00 and that once I made a down-payment of $1000.00 she would give me a payment plan of (6) months(which was roughly $2027.00 per month).Once I agreed to her terms she told me to stop making my mortgage payments in November 2013; as she now had a Durable Power of Attorney from me she would be handling everything on her end. She also mentioned that this would probably ruin my credit but once the government program paid off my mortgage my credit would be restored.
